PAYMENT OF WAGES EITHER BY CHEQUE OR CREDITING IN BANK ACCOUNT-UNDER THE PAYMENT OF WAGES ACT, 1936.

In exercise of the powers conferred under second proviso to Section 6 of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936, (Act No. IV of 1936) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby specifies that the employers of all industrial establishments of which the appropriate Government is the State Government under the Payment of Wages Act, 1936, shall pay

wages to the persons employed therein, either by cheque or be crediting the wages in their Bank Account.
