DAMAGES FOR LATE OR NON-DEPOSIT OF CONTRIBUTIONS

Recovery of damages and non-payment of provident fund contributions cannot be stalled by invoking section 22(1) of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985.
